This property is old and a little faded but the location is great. Right on the beachfront so wonderful access to the beautiful surf beach and all the restaurants with live music, fireworks etc every day and night. The staff work very hard to keep it clean and in good condition.

Located right near the beach and had a rest attached to hotel on the main beach road. Got a lot of meals from the restaurant and they were all lovely and value for money.

This place has an old school Bali charm. I loved the ancient frangipani trees everywhere and the relaxed atmosphere of the place, typified by Suti, the manager, who will make you feel like it is your second home. The staff are responsive, generous, but not over-bearing and the attached restaurant and health spa are also a big plus.

This is a real old school Bali hotel. The place was spacious and green but it is fairly old. It was so so quiet and you could hear birds, insects and running fountains but no motorbike or traffic sounds! Facing walls of bamboo green on an old building site. Also literally 2 minutes walk to the beach!

Perfect hotel in fantastic location.. don't know what people could complain about!! Clean rooms, fab staff and across the road from beach. If i had to search for a problem would say shower was a bit of a dribble.. however would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends xx

For me 1st time BALI great location for me. Nice friendly locals. I loved the food. Great to experience bali if only for 3 days. Nothing is a hastle Cheers

very friendly staff, exceptional service, crystal clear clean swimming pool with an adjoining shallow pool for small children, the rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens
